Job description:
1. Create and conduct internal audits to identify key business risks
2. Supervise junior auditors
3. Report audit results and output analysis on a regular basis
4. Recommend appropriate and prompt solutions to mitigate risks and/or improve operations
5. Building, developing and maintaining strong relationships between hotel and owning company
6. Responsible for preparing a variety of high quality departmental reports and/or presentations, including reports, charts, presentation data, or logs as required and according to established specifications
Job requirement:
1. The ideal candidate should be bi-lingual (Mandarin and English)
2. Have 3-5 years of relevant audit or accountancy experience in the hospitality industry
3. Candidate must have excellent knowledge of hotel operation, be pragmatic, professional and have a high level of integrity.
4. 5-star hotel and big 4 background is preferred.
