行政及客户服务专员

任职资格：
1.人力资源管理或行政管理等相关专业本科学历，2年以上行政/文秘或相关工作经验；
2.熟悉互联网，熟练运用OFFICE等相关软件，熟练使用word、excel、power point办公软件和办公自动化设备如传真机、电话总 
机、复印机、投影仪等；
3.文学功底较好, 具有良好的待人接物能力，形象好，思维敏捷；
4.工作细致认真谨慎，热情，积极主动、工作效率高，责任心强，具有团队精神，保密意识强；
5.曾从事房地产行政管理工作，熟悉行政、售后工作的流程；
6.良好的职业操守，工作严谨细致，原则性强，较强的沟通协调能力。
7.英语达到四级以上，口语熟练。

工作职责：
1.公司办公用品及物资领用的记录工作； 
2.负责员工出差、预订票务、酒店住宿等工作；
3.负责日常物业维修、办公设施清洁、办公家具等维修协调工作；
4.房产介绍会的会场布置、协调工作；
5.及时完成规定的文件录入、整理、分发与部分打印工作；
6.协助其他部门保证公司正常运作；
7.安排客户汇款、贷款、房屋交割等手续；
8.前台电话接听及转接。
