Responsibilities/工作职责：
1.Arrange shipment according to PO and Dispatch Note, and create shipping instruction to the forwarder.
根据订单和发货单安排货运，向货代确认装运信息。
2.Check all the shipping documents before shipment.
在货物装运前确认单据的准确性。
3.Insure the cargo in time according to the contract
根据合同及时地为运输货物办理投保手续
4.Arrange payment to forwarder and insurer according to the contract.
根据合同安排付款给货代和保险公司。　
5.Make file for all the operation documents, such as shipment, insurance, proof of delivery, etc.
将所有的业务文件进行归档，诸如运输、保险、签收证明等
6.Strengthen forwarder performance management，improve forwarder performance
加强货代绩效管理,改善货代绩效
7.In charge of related HSE and BOS responsibility of this position.
负责本岗位在HSE及BOS体系中的有关职责
8.Finishing the other work required by leader
完成领导要求的其它工作
