出纳兼文员

岗位职责： 
1、公司员工的考勤统计和管理； 
2、员工的入离职手续、社保及公积金的办理； 
3、负责员工信息的登记和更新，员工生日礼品采购，员工集体活动的组织； 
4、负责公司所有证照的登记和管理； 
5、负责公司的日常行政事务性工作，如：来电来访接待；文件收发；办公用品的采购和统计；办公环境的维护； 
6、完成各类文件的收集、整理、立卷、登记、归档工作； 
7、负责公司现金和支票的收入保管、签发支付工作； 
8、发票的开具、保管和登记； 
9、与银行定期对账、查询银行帐户余额并及时取得银行回单； 
10、逐日逐项登记公司的日常流水账；严格按照公司制度报销结算公司各项费用； 
11、上级交办的其他工作。 

任职资格： 
1、大专以上学历，形象气质佳，普通话流利，有相关工作经验； 
2、具备良好的电话礼仪和接待技巧，熟练运用办公软件和设备； 
3、工作认真细致，积极主动，条理清晰，责任心强； 
4、具有良好的服务意识和团队协作精神； 
5、英语口语能力佳者优先。&n
