生产厂长

任职要求：

1、年龄在45岁以下，大专以上学历；
2、有在大型企业工作的背景，五至十年以上车间现场管理工作经验，有独立操作能力 
3、能熟练掌握液压机具维修事宜,有模具压型经历者优先；
4、善于沟通，有较强的组织、计划、协调能力，较强的亲和力和说服力；
5、具有较高的团队合作意识、较强的工作责任感和事业心。

岗位职责：

1、负责工厂生产现场管理； 
2、按公司的实际情况制定生产目标，按时按质完成生产任务； 
3、合理安排生产工艺，负责产品质量管理； 
4、组织、沟通、协调生产环节，达到最佳生产协做； 
5、负责工厂的安全管理。
